So, how'd you pick that name?

This may come as a surprise...but I was a goth kid in high school; or freak, as we were called back then.

As such, I still had dreams of being a huge star someday, and needed a fitting dramatist personae. I came up with Decry Raven. It filled my dark little heart with delight. This would be my name. I felt really clever, edgy, and cool having come up with this combination 9f words as a name. My mom, who only knew how to be cool by proxy, liked the name pretty well herself. She thought It would be cute to steal my name. And further prove how uncool she was by swapping the names to Raven Decry. *rolls eyes*

Anyway, she claimed it as her own for good when it became her yahoo! email address. An address she kept for about a decade before she past unexpectedly in 2010. Even a decade later, it's not very easy getting through the day without her. So, I decided to reclaim the name in her honor. If you look at our logo, the stars behind our name are in the shape of the constellation of Leo. Her sun sign. She was very much an "I have a lion tattoo" leo. It was on her outer right thigh. Her love of being a leo was one of her many charms. I know she'd absolutely love that touch.....I absolutely adore being reminded of how much I love my mom every time I see my company logo.
